My Story

Five years ago, a doctor handed me a life-changing diagnosis: gluten intolerance. As someone who lived for freshly baked bread and pasta, I panicked. But what felt like a limitation became my biggest inspiration. I started experimenting in my tiny kitchen, determined to prove that gluten-free and vegan eating could be anything but boring.

Turns out, it could be delicious—and deeply nourishing for both people and the planet. That’s how My Green Plates was born: a place where flavor meets compassion, and where “restrictive” diets become a celebration of abundance.
